Research boundary
This article explains concepts, interfaces, governance, and public research questions. It intentionally excludes private implementation details, personal information, operational secrets, and security-sensitive mechanisms. Organism language is architectural metaphor.
Safety is distributed, enforcement is specialized
Every layer contributes to safe behavior. Genome defines constraints, Brain can reason about risk, Memory limits retrieval, Neurofabric controls routing, Body and Action restricts tool use, and Human Authority provides override.
The Immune layer evaluates requests in context: identity, data class, action type, sensitivity, external impact, reversibility, and policy requirements.
Containment and safe degradation
The immune function should help contain failure. It can require validation before a result crosses a boundary, isolate a component, restrict work to preview mode, request clarification, remove sensitive fields, or hand control to a human.
The best safety system does not merely say no; it identifies the safest useful path that remains inside the permitted scope.
Transparency without exposure
Public trust requires explaining safety principles without publishing exploitable defensive details. The public site can discuss permission checks, access boundaries, containment, audit, and human escalation while protecting operational security.
