App Access Policy

This policy describes how access to UVP’s paid applications, programs, and early-access products is granted and managed.

How access is granted

• For request-based products, submit a request, receive confirmation and payment instructions if payment applies, then receive access credentials or links by email.
• For checkout-enabled products, access follows from a completed purchase.
• Program access, including the Unshaken AI Stewardship Academy, follows the plan and seat limits shown on the enrollment page or written agreement.

Account responsibility

Access is for the purchaser and the learners covered by their track. Do not share credentials outside your household or organization allocation. UVP may suspend access for credential sharing, abuse, or violation of the Terms of Use, with notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

Early access and preview products

Products labeled “Early access,” “Product preview,” or “Available soon” provide limited or evolving access before broader availability. The product page describes what is currently included. UVP will communicate material changes that affect enrolled users.

Ending access

Subscription access ends at the close of the paid period after cancellation. Refunds are covered by the Refund Policy. Where practical, learners may export their own portfolio artifacts before access ends.
