This policy describes how store items are delivered. Applicable taxes and third-party fees may apply where required.

Digital delivery

Digital products and program access are delivered by email or account access after payment confirmation — typically within one business day while fulfillment is manual, and immediately once automated delivery is enabled.

Physical merchandise

Merchandise ships to addresses in the United States. Fulfillment and carrier timelines are shown at checkout for each item; tracking is provided when the carrier supplies it.

Services and deposits

Service deposits and consultations are not shipped items. Scheduling and delivery follow the written quote or booking confirmation for that engagement.
