An agent may power a standalone experience or serve inside a larger Aleph deployment; the complete business product is the governed system that connects roles, knowledge, tools, permissions, records, and people.
The organism model
The agents are parts. Aleph is the operating system.
“Organism” is an architecture metaphor: specialist parts cooperate without becoming one opaque assistant. Aleph supplies the governed environment around those parts, and people supply purpose, expertise, approval, correction, and responsibility. The metaphor does not mean the software is alive or morally independent.
